All purpose four
Baking soda
Salt
Unsalted butter
Granulated sugar
Brown sugar
Vanilla extract
Large eggs
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Red & Green M&M candies
Pretzel pieces: you can use the mini pretzel twists or pretzel sticks.
🔪 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside (Or line with parchment paper)
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until creamy and without clumps.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until completely combined. You may need to use a wooden spoon near the end to finish mixing the dough if it is too stiff.
- Add the chocolate chips, m&m candies, and chopped pretzel bits.
- Using a small cookie scoop, remove a portion of cookie dough. Roll into a ball and place dough balls on an prepared baking sheet.
- Bake cookies for 12-14 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown and no longer wet on top.
- Remove cookies from oven and using a flat spatula, lightly press the cookies down. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Remove the cookies onto a wire rack for further cooling.
