Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside (Or line with parchment paper)
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until creamy and without clumps.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until completely combined. You may need to use a wooden spoon near the end to finish mixing the dough if it is too stiff.
Add the chocolate chips, m&m candies, and chopped pretzel bits.
Using a small cookie scoop, remove a portion of cookie dough. Roll into a ball and place dough balls on an prepared baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 12-14 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown and no longer wet on top.
Remove cookies from oven and using a flat spatula, lightly press the cookies down. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Remove the cookies onto a wire rack for further cooling.
