The first time I had a this recipe with grapes in it was at a popular lunch spot in Potsdam, NY. It was served to me on a golden crusty croissant roll and with the combination of sweet and savory it became my favorite sandwich.

- 4 cups cooked chicken cubed
- 1 cup halved seedless grapes
- 1 cup sliced almonds toasted
- 2 stalks celery finely diced
- 2 scallions, white and green parts thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

- ½ teaspoon salt
