Large orange: you will use the zest only for the cookie.
White chocolate chips: feel free to use the white chocolate chunks if you like bigger bites of white chocolate.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together all purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another large bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed, mix butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and orange zest and mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to egg mixture, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Using a wooden spoon, stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- With a tablespoon cookie scoop, drop onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake cookies for 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown and center of cookie is no longer wet.
- Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Using a cookie spatula, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Store baked cookies in an airtight container.
