β€οΈ Why You'll Love Fireball Whiskey Cheesecake Shots
Simple ingredients: these tiny treats are basically no bake cheesecake filling flavored with cinnamon whiskey served in shot glasses. Easy peasy!
No bake: this boozy treat requires no baking!
Easy recipe: just a few simple steps and you have a delicious mini boozy dessert in minutes.
π₯ Ingredients
This is my adaptation of the recipe found on the Tipsy Bartender.
Graham cracker crumbs: you can buy the premade crumbs or use a food processor and break down graham crackers into crumbs on your own.
Unsalted butter
Dark brown sugar: I like dark brown sugar for the deeper flavor, however the sugar can be eliminated from the crust if desired.
Cream cheese, softened
Heavy cream
Fireball Whisky
Fresh lemon
Granulated white sugar
Cherry pie filling
πͺ Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and dark brown sugar. Scoop 1 tablespoon graham cracker mixture into the bottom shot glasses the press crumbs into bottom to pack in.
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, and white sugar. Add the lemon juice and Fireball Whisky and mix until creamy.
- Divide cheesecake mixture between the 6 shot glasses.
- In a small bowl, combine the pie filling and Fireball Whisky. Divide topping evenly over cheesecake layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
π₯ Equipment
- 6 shot glasses: I used clear glass shot glasses I had on hand
- Medium bowl
- Large bowl
- Electric mixer
- Rubber scraper
- Tablespoon or small cookie scoop
π₯«Storage
Refrigerate: store cheesecake shots in the fridge up to 3 days.
π Variations
- Lower sugar version: eliminate the white sugar from the graham cracker crust.
- Low fat cheesecake shots: Scale the fat and calories down by substituting fat free or reduced fat cream cheese. Half and half can be used in place of heavy cream.
- Crushed cinnamon flavored graham crackers, nilla wafers, or cinnamon toast crunch cereal can be used in place of the regular graham crackers.
- Substitute blueberry or strawberry pie filling for the cherry.

Ginger
Im not a big drinker what does fireball taste like? Could you use rum in this recipe instead?
Shelby
Fireball is a cinnamon flavored whiskey. Black Cherry Rum would be great in this!
