The Last Word
These pork burgers are very garlic forward, and are perfect for garlic lovers. I have been making this particular recipe for many years now and it is a great change from the popular hamburger sandwich.
While I prepared these in a skillet with a little oil, they can easily be made in the air fryer, in the oven, or on the grill. Below is a chart guide for the temperature, cooking time, and method:
Note: degree of doneness for ground pork is 160 degrees F. Always check the burger with an meat thermometer to determine doneness.
Oven: line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place patties in a preheated 350 degree oven. For small burgers bake 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of your patties), flipping halfway through.
Grill: place burger patties on a hot grill and cook for 7 minutes on each side.
Air-Fryer: place burger patties in the fryer basket, making sure to leave space between each patty. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the burger.
