I've never had millet before but would definitely give this a try. I love "meatballs" and this option would be great for the budget considering how high the price of beef is right now. Love the family photos, also 🙂

What a wonderful visit and what a handsome couple your parents are! These look like a tasty meatless option for when my daughter visits. Have you tried to freeze these...they probably are eaten too quick 😉
