And I can't wait to try the Scallops recipe - maybe I'll make it for Valentine's Day. I did make a similar dish for New Years Eve - The scallops wrapped in bacon but served over fresh spinach and a PERNOD sauce served with a garlicky spinach fettuccine. But this one sounds even better! Thanks!

I think I would choose the Pickle Pot with Lid, 10 Liter. I have just started making Kimchi and this would be perfect for that. I am going to make pickles and Sauerkraut, so this would be used a ton.
