Condensed cream of mushroom soup
Fat free milk: fat free is my preference but feel free to use whole milk, part 2% and heavy cream if desired.
Dried thyme
Black pepper
Poultry seasoning
Frozen mixed vegetables
Cooked chicken breast: use leftover chicken or cook chicken breasts then dice or shred them for the recipe.
Reduced-fat biscuit baking mix

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the soups, ½ cup milk, thyme, pepper and poultry seasoning. Stir in vegetables and chicken.
- Transfer chicken pot pie filling to prepared casserole dish. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir biscuit mix and remaining milk just until blended.
