Large eggs

🔪 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set dry ingredients aside.
- Place sugar and room temperature butter in a separate bowl. Using an electric hand mixer at medium speed until well blended.
- Add mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream to the sugar mixture. Beat on medium speed until well blended.
- Gradually add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and beat at low speed just until moist.
- Place chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl, and heat on high for 1 minute or until chocolate chips are almost melted, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Add 1 cup plain batter to melted chocolate chips and stir until well combined.
- Scoop banana batter and chocolate batter into prepared pan in alternate layers. Place a butter knife deep into the bread batter and create swirls in the bread batter by drawing the knife through the bread in a swirl pattern creating a marble effect.
- Bake bread for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Cool baked banana bread in pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack. After 10 minutes, slide a butter knife around the sides of the loaf pan to release any bread that may be stuck to the pan.
- Remove bread from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
