Quick and Easy Caramelized Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 5 Pop and Cook Sauteed Glazed Onion cubes
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon salt optional
Instructions
- Melt butter in a hot skillet. Turn heat down to medium-low and add Pop and Cook Sauteed Glazed Onion cubes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are thawed and warm.
- Add onions to cream cheese and with a hand mixer, mix until combined.
- Add sour cream and salt and mix until creamy. Chill until ready to serve.
