Garlic Butter Chicken Bites have so much flavor and is an easy recipe to put dinner on the table on those busy weeknights. This chicken dish is coated with a flavorful garlic butter sauce, these quick to make chicken nuggets are a 15 minute recipe the whole family will love.
Bite sized pieces of chicken are sauteed until golden brown on the outside and are coated in a rich garlic butter sauce to finish, making it a delicious meal to serve alongside your favorite veggies. Garlic chicken bites is one of my favorite one-pan meals.

🥘 Ingredients
Chicken thighs, breasts or chicken tenders, cut into bite-sized chunks
All purpose seasoning
Hot sauce
Butter
Garlic cloves
Chicken broth
Lemon juice
Parsley
Black pepper
🔪 Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter until bubbly. Add the chicken and turn the heat up to medium-high.
- Cook the chicken, tossing frequently, for 7 minutes, until chicken is golden brown on the outside,
- Remove the chicken bites from the skillet and add the remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken broth to the skillet, and bring to a boil, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Stir in hot sauce, turn heat down to low and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken pieces to the skillet and add the lemon juice. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

📖 Variations
- Substitute 2 teaspoons garlic powder for the fresh garlic.
- Sprinkle the top of the chicken bites with red pepper flakes to add a little heat.
- Stir 1 tablespoon of honey in with the sauce ingredients.
💭 Pro Tip
It is an important thing to not overcook the chicken. These chicken bites will cook fast over high heat, This allows the chicken to cook quickly and not become tough while still allowing the outside to become golden brown.
