- In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook ground beef using a meat masher to break it down into crumbles as it cooks. Cook for 5 minutes, or until beef has browned.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the lettuce between 4 small bowls. Top with the cooked ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, and diced dill pickles.
- Drizzle salad dressing over top of the burger bowls prior to serving.
