- Use a food processor to quickly and easily chop the cabbage.

🍽 Serve with...
Serve this unstuffed cabbage roll with a serving of steamed white or brown rice, or for low carb, serve with cauliflower rice and a dollop of sour cream.
🏫 The last word
The original recipe calls for rice in the dish, however, I like to serve this on top of cauliflower or regular rice instead of stirring it into the casserole.

You mention tomato sauce; however, the recipe doesn't list it. Is tomato sauce included in the recipe

Just made this, I added in a whole green pepper with my onion at the beginning, as well as two cups of kale when I added the cabbage and a 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper seasoning. I'm doing a low calorie diet and was looking for
a cabbage roll style dish that didn't include rice, cauliflower rice, or cheese so this was a great find. It's delicious!
