Vanilla extract: optional for flavoring heavy cream.
Confectioners' sugar: also known as powdered sugar
Full-fat cream cheese: at room temperature
Peanut butter
Milk
Buttery graham cracker crust: buy a premade crust or make your own.
Hot fudge sauce
🔪 Instructions
- Warm hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, until pourable. Spread slightly warmed hot fudge sauce over graham cracker crust.
- Place prepared pie crust in freezer to set while mixing pie filling.
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, whip heavy cream with ¼ cup confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form. Cover with plastic wrap and set in fridge until ready to use.
- In another large bowl, using an electric mixer, mix on low speed, the cream cheese, peanut butter, remaining confectioners' sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until well blended.
- Transfer peanut butter mixture into a prepared crust and chill or freeze for several hours before serving.

💭 Tips
- Hot fudge sauce can be warmed by placing jar in a saucepan filled with hot water and simmered on low on the stove. Once the sauce is easily stirred with a knife, it can be poured into the bottom of the pie crust.
- Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl when mixing the peanut butter mixture to fully incorporate all ingredients.
- To reduce the fat by 11 grams per serving in the recipe, use reduced-fat cream cheese and reduced-fat peanut butter.

I love peanut butter in everything, especially pie! And I totally believe in everything in moderation. They way I like to see it is that if you hadn't made that pie now, you'd have made it later when you were really craving sweets and had much more than a tiny piece. Oh my...I saved Patsy's pie to make, now I have this one to try. Looks fabulous! My husband likes a dessert after dinner too. He says something sweet helps him digest. Have you ever heard of such a goofy thing? I know he would love this pie though. (too help him digest and all)
