📖 Variations
- Cilantro can be left out of the recipe if you are one who does not like it.
- Use regular chili powder in place of the chipotle.
- If carbs are not a concern, use a little bit of brown sugar to replace the sweetener.
💭 Tips
- To get the criss cross grill marks place the pork chop on the hot grill and cook for 3 minutes. Do not flip, but rather rotate the pork chop 90 degrees. This will create the gorgeous grill marks on the pork chops.
- Grilling time will vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops. Always us an instant read thermometer in the thickest part of the meat to gauge the level of doneness. Thick pork chops will take longer to cook.
🙋 FAQ's
You can use boneless chops, center-cut loin chops, or center-cut rib chops. However, I recommend the bone in pork chops as I feel they have the best flavor.

Yum! This looks delicious. Either I'm losing my mind or you don't have cilantro listed in the ingredients for the cilantro lime topping. I went to make my grocery list and thought, well certainly I need cilantro! Just wondering who much.
Shelby
Oops! Well it is never good to miss one of the ingredients! Thanks for letting me know. You can mainly do this to taste, but I would measure at least 1/4 cup cilantro, then finely chop it to add to the marinade. Thanks!
