- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, caramelized onions, celery, blue cheese, and cilantro.
- Add the hot sauce and ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and stir until chicken is coated. Set aside
- In a hard work surface, divide the pizza dough into 4 sections.
- Flatten each dough portion out over a lightly floured surface until it is approximately a 6 inch circle. Place ¼ of the buffalo chicken mixture on one half of the dough and top ½ cup cheese.
- Fold over the dough to cover the filling and pinch together the edges of the dough together to seal. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
