We LOVE making shoestring fries with my new spiralizer. I've struggled with baking them because they don't get crispy, I'll definitely try it your way. AND with cinnamon, I'm sold!

Spiralizers are looking more and more necessary with every recipe I see that needs one 😛 I don't think my husband would be too happy with me getting another kitchen appliance though! I barely have room for what I have. I love the idea of making shoestring fries with sweet potatoes - I am sure my kids would LOVE this!
