Never thought to use them for po' boys at home, but it makes so much sense! I'm digging the remoulade sauce as well. 🙂

You could use any protein you wanted with this remoulade and it would be delish. Maybe some other type of seafood or chicken in the sandwich. It would be sad if you couldn't find something similar to this in your country, its a great convenience on those busy nights!

The great thing about this shrimp is you can bake them, they don't need to be fried and are nice and crispy and shrimpy! 🙂

I need to hind something equivalent to Seapak popcorn shrimp here in Australia. What would you recommend if shrimp is not available?
