I followed your recipe Saturday, mixed in red potatoes, onion and peppers, served for Sundays morning breakfast along with biscuits and gravy while on our camping trip, and it was AWESOME. Everyone thought it to be real eggs, and loved the carrots mixed in. Thank you for sharing. Def going to add this to my recipe box, if you do not mind?

Scarlet, McKays Chicken (Flavored)Seasoning - it is a vegan seasoning. No meat of any type in it. In my post I have a link to where the chicken flavored seasoning can be purchased and I mention that it is chicken flavored.

I crave it too!! Left to my own devices, I will (and I have) eat a whole brick of tofu, scrambled, in a day, by myself, in a not very long period of time, and nothing else...excited to try out a new recipe for scrambled tofu!

I am an Asian, so I love tofu. I can eat it right from the package as snack, etc... Anything with tofu is good, but i never had scrambled tofu before. Wow! Now, that's something new to me =) thanks for sharing!
