🏫 What I've Learned
There are many versions of when the original recipe was invented. The name means strained pineapple and the first record of its creation is by a pirate in 19th century Puerto Rico to boost the morale of his crew. That recipe was lost on the pirate's death and while the story of who invented it change, its origin is always in Puerto Rico.
Serving Suggestions

Storage
It is recommended that this pina colada recipe be made when it will be consumed due to the icy consistency of the drink.

That looks delicious! I think it's going to be a hot one today so I'll have to see if I have some rum in the house. By the way, what brand of cream of coconut is that? I like that it's not in a can.
