What size pan does this recipe make. Have the palmini noodles and want to make

Hi Connie, I used a glass bread loaf pan (10 x 2.99 x 2.99 inches) Shelby
Linda
I tried your recipe as written; however, after rinsing and drying off the Palmini - it still made my lasagna watery. Also, I wasn't fond of the crunch of the Palmini. A facebook page participant told me I should have cooked the Palmini for 15 mins to make it soft. If that is a viable way to make it more pasta like, I would include it in your directions. Still not sure how to prevent the watery outcome. Any ideas?
Shelby Law Ruttan
I'm not sure what Palmini you are using. Palmini does not need to be cooked. I used Natural Haven (linked in this post). It should not have been watery, nor should it have needed cooking. I would check the palmini you purchased to see what the preparation instructions were.If you can tell me what you used, that would be helpful.
Viki
I can not wait to try the Lasagna recipe. With a last name like Del Grosso.....LOL....we love pasta! I ordered the noodles and plan on trying it this weekend. I'll let ya know how it goes. I am truly enjoying your newsletter! I am new to Keto so it has been very helpful!
Shelby Law Ruttan
Hi Viki! I hope you love it! I know it is something I literally get a craving for. Now, I want to make it again too!

So disappointing to find the noodles are not available and Amazon doesn’t know if they ever will be available again. Now I have a recipe that looks wonderful but I can’t do anything with!
Shelby Law Ruttan
Hi Linda, I updated the affiliate link in my post. When I check Amazon, they are available (in a package of 4 boxes). I hope you can try the recipe!
Carol
I just bought them in amazon Canada. December 2021.

I'm completely intrigued by the palmini lasagna noodles! I've been using their canned spaghetti and fettuccine for a long time, but had not heard of this brand or the lasagna noodle. Of course, they are sold out at Netrition and the Natural Heaven website. And Amazon only has the spaghetti noodles. So... I'll keep checking back and keep hoping to find the lasagna noodles so I can make this recipe. Thank you so much for the product tip!
Shelby Law Ruttan
Hi Roxana, I hope you can find them sometime! They worked so well! I have seen Palmini noodles on the shelf at Walmart (in a can). Thanks for stopping by to comment!
T Chaffee
Made this tonight, it was good. I boiled the noodles for 5 mins before to make them softer.
In your nutrition section it says 20g of sugar. I am assuming that is incorrect.
Shelby Law Ruttan
I'm not sure what noodles you used that needed to be boiled? Palmini noodles don't need to be cooked, they are made from hearts of palm. Thank you for letting me know about the nutrition. It was incorrect.
Elizabeth
you are missing the directions #7 and any more that maybe should be here.
Shelby
Hi Elizabeth, thank you for bringing that to my attention, it has been fixed now!
