Theses Fluffy Waffles are so easy to make and are slightly different from classic waffles in that the egg whites are whipped separate and then folded into the batter for the fluffiest waffles!
Unlike Belgian waffles, which are made fluffy by activating dough with yeast, the magic in the fluff for this recipe is the whipped egg whites. They are whipped until stiff peaks form, then folded into the batter, creating air pockets that cause the batter to stay fluffy.
