Air Fryer Shishito Peppers are an easy appetizer with a lot of flavor! They are ready in just minutes and make the perfect appetizer for social gatherings.
Wash and drain peppers, patting dry with a paper towel.
Place whole peppers in a large bowl and toss with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
Place peppers in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook at 390 for 10 minutes. Watch carefully. You want them to come out blistered looking but not burnt.
Place shishito peppers on serving dish. Drizzle with lime juice and top with grated asiago cheese and lime zest.
