Chipped Beef Gravy
A country style creamy white gravy with chipped beef that can be served over toast, biscuits, english muffins or noodles. Great for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients

butter

tablespoons
flour

whole milk

black pepper
Instructions
Melt butter over medium heat in a large deep skillet 2 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Using a hand whisk, gradually add flour and pepper to melted butter, whisking until combined. Cook and stir for 1 minute until flour begins to brown.
Gradually whisk milk into flour mixture and stir until blended well.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until gravy has thickened into a creamy sauce.Stir in chopped beef and stir to combine. Serve as desired.
